You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using RostrX, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

RostrX is a SaaS platform that provides:

• Staff scheduling
• Shift management
• Workforce availability tracking
• Notifications via email, SMS, and push

The Service is intended for care homes, agencies, and internal workforce management.

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data
• Interfere with system security or performance
• Attempt to access other users’ data without authorization

6. Data Responsibilities

6.1 Client Responsibilities

If you are a care home or agency, you are responsible for the data you upload and must ensure you have legal rights to process that data.

6.2 Our Role

RostrX acts as a data processor for client-managed data and a data controller for account and operational data.

7. Payments (If Applicable)

If paid features are introduced, fees will be communicated, and payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance or modify features at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon deletion, data will be removed or anonymized.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service are owned by RostrX. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers and are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

14. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RostrX from claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or data.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
